MockMotor can handle a high load with a low CPU
Below is a screenshot from a load test in progress in telecom that uses MockMotor. There are four boxes - one admin and three clones. The source volume is not balanced because one CPU was taken off from two boxes that day.
The CPU on the boxes barely reaches 5%.
Two big boxes handle some 40 TPS each. We can expect some 400 TPS per box on that hardware before the performance degrades.
